Complete the client questionnaire and review it with Chris Dishes' staff. Based on this, the Chef will develop a seasonal menu using Virginia-sourced ingredients. A draft menu will be provided to you for review. All food sourcing will be handled by staff.
On the day of service, Chris's Dishes will handle all food preparation, cooking, and service for you and your guests. We will also set the table for an memorable event. Lastly we will do all the clean up, food consolidation and storage, leaving you nothing to do but enjoy the time being a guest at your event.
There are only two costs associated with your event; Food and Labor.
Food cost is based off an estimate from finalized menu and the total bill will be provided to you at the end of the event. All left over food items will remain with you.
Labor is a per-person rate, which includes everything mentioned above as well as the sourcing of the ingredients. If within 75 miles, the travel to and from the event is also included in this per person rate.
If your event is outside our 75-mile travel radius and requires an overnight hotel stay or airfare, additional arrangements can be made for our traveling chef services
